  • Social Sessions - 50mins

    A relaxed, social sauna for up to 6 people. Come on your own or with a friend; everyone is welcome! Expect a warm welcome & good chat. Whether you're here to unwind, connect, or just enjoy the heat, this session is all about shared moments.

    Exclusive Use - 50mins

    This option lets you book the sauna for private use by you and your group of up to 8 people, giving you the freedom to unwind, enjoy the views, and share the full experience together.

Who we are

Hiya! I’m Sinéad, founder of Inishkeel Sauna, a North West native who swapped corporate life for sea air, sand, and soul. After nearly 30 years in retail, finance, I followed my heart back to Donegal and into wellness, creating a space where cold water meets warm community. Inspired by sea swimming and a deep love for nature, Inishkeel Sauna in Narin Strand Portnoo is a place to relax, reset, and reconnect. You’ll find us on Narin Strand along the Wild Atlantic Way, just 35 minutes from Carrickfin Airport.
